Return Policy

OSN labs will accept all returns within thirty (30) days of purchase date if dietary supplement(s) are unopened, in original packing, and were purchased directly from OSN labs online or by phone. In all cases refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. Please note shipping fees can not be reimbursed, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, and we do not have the ability to trace your return.

Promotional Items Return Policy

All sales are final on any promotional items sold on the OSN Labs Online website. Promotional items may include but are not limited to apparel, accessories, and dietary supplement samples.

How to Return an Item

Please put items and original packing slip (receipt) to be returned in the box which it was received or carefully pack in new box. To better serve you, please send your name, address, email address, order number and reason for return or exchange. We will email confirmation of your return.
